Jim is a senior project manager with more than 25 years of diverse experience in the water resource and hydroelectric industry. In addition to his extensive project delivery experience ranging from prefeasibility studies through final design and construction, Jim is a leader in dam safety and has contributed to the development of a suite of risk tools.
