Michael Borron

Michael is Associate Vice President in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Data Center Advisory Group, where he specializes in site selection and land acquisition for hyperscale, enterprise and neocloud data center developments. Over more than a decade in the sector, he has advised on data center capacity across greenfield land assemblies, powered-shell conversions and brownfield industrial repositioning’s, industrial and off-market transactions, guiding operators, investors and end users through the power, entitlement and market dynamics that determine where the next generation of digital infrastructure gets built. 

Working with clients across North America and internationally, Michael advises both the operators seeking capacity and the landowners and investors positioning sites for them, combining transaction execution with market research, financial analysis, and development strategy. He is a frequent speaker and contributing author on data center real estate.
