Biography

Mimi is the regional manager, Nuclear, Canada for Hatch. She has worked in and supported the nuclear industry for over thirteen years through roles in design, operations and maintenance, new product development and testing, project management, and business development.  

Throughout these roles, Mimi has demonstrated high levels of accountability and leadership, soliciting stakeholder input to facilitate improved client relationships, while overseeing multidisciplinary teams to deliver highquality projects on time and on budget. Mimi has also been an active advocate for the industry, founding an award-winning chapter of North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN), and mentoring young students and women interested in engineering and nuclear. She was recently elected as a board member of the Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries.  

Mimi earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Ottawa. She is a certified Maintenance Management Professional with the Asset Management Association of Canada and a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
