Philip Murray

Philip is a professional engineer, a project principal, and the global director of Management and Delivery at Hatch. His thirty years of experience, Canadian and International, includes the project management and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects involving design and construction of transit, bridges, and highways.  

Philip has delivered many of these projects in the public private partnership, integrated project delivery, and alliance collaborative delivery models as a project manager, sponsor, or director. His proactive approach to project management includes the effective engagement of stakeholders, helping to resolve issues quickly, and managing through various departments within government agencies. He has a master of engineering degree from the University of Toronto and a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Queen’s University.
